Return Policy

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and conditions, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise Imagina y Compra Online reserves the right to reject the return.

Once your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions to send the product to our offices. You must send the goods without any delay, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from when you inform us of your desire to exercise the right.

The transportation costs incurred for the return will be your responsibility. You are free to choose and search for the agency that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive rates.

Once the merchandise is received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed. We will refund the payment received, including the delivery cost with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method that we offer.

Shipping costs, as long as they are not due to error or defective merchandise, will be borne by the customer. We do not accept postal shipments. Ship your returns via a reputable shipping company. Imagina Y Compra is not responsible for damage, loss or theft when transporting them.

When we verify that the product you wish to return is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange of a product of your choice again.

In case of return, the price of the product will be paid by means of a coupon for future purchases NEVER money as they are personalized products.

IMPORTANT : We cannot guarantee that shipping and delivery times will be met during festive times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Black Friday, Mother's Day or Father's Day, due to the high demand for transportation services, which may result in a delay on the part of courier services and therefore by forces outside our business activity.
